I've taken these shots to compare the output of the 510 & 520. Large images are linked behind the small ones on screen.
For the comparison shots, I've used the following settings:
JPG straight out the camera, SHQ on the 510, Large Fine on the 520
ISO 200, "Natural" tone curve
"P" setting
14 - 42 kit lens, 14mm setting.

When I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments
are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I
receive four emails with the same comment. Is there a way you can remove me from that service?
